Custom veils can take up to 4-8 weeks* to receive. Please give yourself plenty of time to order before your wedding date! We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

READY TO SHIP

Ready-to-Ship items (like crowns and sample veils) take approximately 1-3 weeks* to receive. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

TULLE SWATCH CARDS

Swatch Cards are ready-to-ship! To keep costs low, these products won't include tracking - but they should take only 5-10 business days* to arrive.

RUSH ORDER

If your event is approaching soon and you want to skip the wait times, a Rush Order Upgrade is available for custom items ($40 CAD flat rate). Before ordering, please contact us directly to confirm that we have the correct materials in stock and appropriate timeframe for shipping, and we'll set up a custom listing for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available for a $35 CAD flat rate.

RETURNS
Orders are non-refundable.

At Flavelle & Co, we do what we can to ensure that you and your purchase have a successful, long-lasting relationship. Each item is carefully handmade and inspected before we send it off to you. Due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of our items we cannot offer returns, but we will do our best to correct any serious issues. 

If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately so we can find an appropriate solution:

 

• Item arrives damaged

• Item is lost by postal service

• Item is not what you ordered
   

 

To make sure you have the best possible experience, please be sure to double-check any measurements and colours before ordering. For those considering a custom veil, we strongly recommend trying out a Tulle Swatch Card first, so you can see and feel the fabric before making a final decision.
